김햇살은 영상을 감각과 존재를 드러내는 하나의 시각 언어로 바라보는 감독이다. 

인간의 움직임과 감정, 그리고 신체와 공간의 관계 속에서 드러나는 ‘존재의 순간’을 포착하는 데 집중한다. 무용, 예술, 일상, 사람의 이야기를 매개로 ‘나다움’에 대한 질문을 지속적으로 탐구하고 확장해 나간다. 움직임과 감각적 경험을 통해 인간 존재의 내면적 결을 시각적으로 풀어내는 작업을 이어가고 있다.

Kim Haetsal is a director who approaches film as a visual language that reveals sensation and existence. He focuses on capturing “moments of being” that emerge through human movement, emotion, and the relationship between the body and space. Through dance, art, everyday life, and human narratives, he continuously explores and expands the question of selfhood. His work seeks to visually articulate the inner textures of human existence through movement and sensory experience.
